Privacy Policy
Section 1
Laser Battles TM respects customer privacy, and information provided by the customer is only kept on our private record for the duration of each contract, and is promptly removed from record after the event. No identifiable automatic usage data shall be recorded, reported, or presented in any form of data, statistics, or other similar means.
Section 2
Laser Battles requires the following information from the customer for the planning and execution of an event: (a) customer name, (b) an e-mail address (c) or a phone number and (d) mailing address if no e-mail address is available, and (e) a payment option.
(a) Customer Name
The customer name is used only for identification of all other collected information, and so that the customer may be contacted formally. This information is removed after the event.
(b) E-mail Address
The customer’s e-mail address is used only for the transmitting of information regarding the event in progress, including, but not limited to: time and date of event, location of event, and waivers and forms relating to the event. This information is removed after the event.
(c) Phone Number
The customer’s phone number is used only for the transmitting of information regarding the event in progress, including, but not limited to: time and date of event, location of event, and address that waivers and forms relating to the event should be mailed to. This information is removed after the event.
(d) Mailing Address
The mailing address will only be required in the event that no e-mail address is available, and is used only for the transmitting of information regarding the contract in progress, including, but not limited to: waivers and forms relating to the event. This information is removed after the event.
(e) Payment Option
Payments in the form of currency require no forms of identification to be recorded regarding the payment. Payments in the form of credit will only be kept on record from the date of deposit to the date of/after the event, and will be used only for charging the customer’s account for the deposit and final payment. This information is removed after the event.
